Justin Rose made his debut at the young age of 12 in the Little League World Series. From the little league field to the sales field, Justin has carved a career building some of the most successful sales and marketing programs in the direct selling industry. From sales development to field training and support, he’s driven by helping distributors reach their potential—a philosophy that usually involves one-on-one support and spending time in the field creating the type of incentives and promotions that drive growth. In short, he’s the exact leader sales teams want on their side. Justin received a B.A. in International Relations, Business Management from Brigham Young University.

As a professional biohacker, Ryan Goodwin aims big. Always has. That’s why he’s actively working to live at least 180 years old (or die trying). After founding and building the best known regional creative agency in the state, directing work for dozens of Fortune 500 companies, and building several direct sales brands from scratch, he’s helping LifeVantage make a global impact by bringing art and science together. Ryan directs all the marketing efforts, creative, communications, and media initiatives here with a straightforward approach: Keep it simple, and make it sing. It’s a balance that’s hard to achieve, and it’s made him one of the most sought after creative minds in the industry. From mountain bikes and motorcycles to street art, Ryan brings a passion to everything he does. He holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Brigham Young University.
Management Team Steve Fife Chief Financial Officer
Steve is passionate about bringing affordable, science-based products to market as well as seeing companies reach their potential.
Steve Fife likes to exceed expectations. And that might be putting it mildly. Because when it comes to his career and success, he definitely exceeds ours. Steve brings over three decades and a lot of financial leadership experience to LifeVantage where he uses big-picture strategic thinking and an in-the-weeds work ethic to create a healthy financial organization by focusing on delivering our growth strategy while creating value for customers, shareholders, and employees.
Steve is passionate about bringing affordable, science-based products to market as well as seeing companies reach their potential. Before joining LifeVantage, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Evidera, Inc., a private equity sponsored professional services firm that provides outcomes research, market access, data analytics and epidemiology services to pharmaceutical companies. Prior to that, he worked as Chief Financial Officer for several publicly traded companies, including Active Power, Inc. and LECG. In addition, he served in several senior financial roles for Gilead Sciences, Amkor Technologies and JDS Uniphase. In other words, he’s really good at what he does. Steve is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the State of California and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
Management Team Chuck Wach Chief Operating Officer
Chuck is responsible for enhancing operations, expanding sourcing and manufacturing resources, and making LifeVantage more efficient and valuable.

With more than 30 years of operations and leadership experience, he brings supply-chain expertise and extensive relationships with manufacturers and suppliers to LifeVantage where he’s responsible for enhancing operations, expanding sourcing and manufacturing resources, and making LifeVantage more efficient and valuable as our Chief Operations Officer.
Chuck’s ability to manage and maximize operations across a variety of supplement, direct selling, and online retail organizations is unparalleled. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain Executive for Bodybuilding.com, Inc., a global internet specialty retailer. Before that, he worked as the Director of Global Supply Chain, Materials Management for Nature’s Sunshine Products, Inc. and fulfilled several operational roles for Nestle-Perrier Group of America Inc., H.J. Heinz Co., and Frito Lay, Inc. Chuck received his Master of Business Administration degree from Utah State University and his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Brigham Young University.
Management Team Kevin McMurray General Counsel
I’ve always been drawn to the health and wellness industry because I love the lifestyle it promotes. LifeVantage has proven that it’s an industry leader with its innovative approach to product research and development.
A veteran of the health and wellness industry, Kevin brings over 25 years of legal expertise to LifeVantage where he will be responsible for leading the legal department and serving as counsel to the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining LifeVantage, Kevin served as Assistant General Counsel at USANA Health Sciences since 2004. While at USANA, he helped implement its first distributor compliance program while playing an integral role in the company’s expansion into new international markets.
Kevin also served as Associate General Counsel for Unicity International and Assistant General Counsel for Shaklee Corporation. He received his J.D. from Creighton University and a Master of Laws Degree from the University of the Pacific.
